TRANSIT's sensitivity adjust itself automatically - for instance, when scanning near a floor that contains steel 'rebar'. When TRANSIT detects such metal, it alarms for several seconds, then resets itself to zero, ready to detect the next metal item. TRANSIT comes with a five-year unconditional replacement warranty.
